WAGERPROOF SPORTS BETTING ROI REVIEW SHEET Manual notes template, version 1. Reviewed September 21, 2026. Not a calculator, sportsbook sync, or WagerProof performance report. Choose one record: your own cash tickets OR published research selections. Do not mix them. Research stakes are not proof that money was wagered. PERIOD AND RULES Record owner: Period start and end: Time zone: Sample uses settlement date: Unit value and currency (keep fixed, or use actual currency throughout): Fees included: Separate promotions/bonus-bet record location: Agent settings or System rule version: Research cutoff and sources: Use settled cash wins, losses and pushes in this sheet's ROI sample. Push stake is included with zero net profit. Pushes are not wins or losses. Exclude fully voided/refunded tickets, pending bets and passes from ROI. Keep all excluded records visible. Separate bonus bets and promotions. For cash-outs/partial settlements, reconcile actual cash flows and label the exception before inclusion. Do not count parlay stake once per leg. Use a different convention only if clearly labeled and used consistently. COPY THIS ENTRY FOR EACH DECISION Event and sport: Player/team, market, side, line and period: Sportsbook and settlement rule: Entry time and time zone: Entry odds: Research source / Agent / settings version: Reason before the event: Action or pass: Actual amount risked: Settlement status and time: Total cash returned, including any returned stake: Separately charged fee (do not subtract it twice): Net profit = total cash returned - actual stake - separate fees: Closing reference, source and time (optional): Included in ROI? Why? Missing information or exception: PERIOD TOTALS Included settled tickets: Wins: Losses: Pushes: Other included settlements: Pending tickets and stake, outside settled ROI: Voided/refunded tickets, outside ROI: Passes, outside ROI: Incomplete records and reconciliation issues: Included total stake: Included net profit or loss: ROI = included net profit / included total stake x 100: If stake is zero or required data is missing, write "unavailable". Win rate = wins / (wins + losses) x 100: If no wins or losses exist, write "unavailable". Exclude cash-outs/other non-W-L results from this win-rate calculation. Do not average per-bet or per-week ROI percentages. FICTIONAL CHECK EXAMPLES, NOT RESULTS OR RECOMMENDATIONS Five 1-unit bets at -200: 3 wins earn 1.5u, 2 losses cost 2u. Net -0.5u / stake 5u = -10% ROI; win rate 3/5 = 60%. One 1-unit win at +200 earns 2u; one 4-unit loss costs 4u. Net -2u / stake 5u = -40% ROI. Add a 1-unit push: net -2u / stake 6u = -33.33% ROI. The push does not improve the money result. Full cash-out: 50u staked, 40u cash returned, no separate fee. Net -10u / stake 50u = -20% return. If included under the stated policy, keep this labeled separately from ordinary wins and losses. If tickets are missing, label the period incomplete and state the subset used. Never present that subset as a fully reconciled month. REVIEW Are actual prices and stakes recorded for every included ticket? Did any settings or selection rules change during the period? Which missing records prevent a fair comparison? How do this period's totals compare under the SAME prior rules? What did losing selections reveal about the original assumptions? Next fixed review date: Time and money limits: Do not raise stakes to repair ROI. Every wager can lose.
