Requesting a refund
Refund policies depend on the platform where you purchased your subscription.
iOS purchases
Apple handles all refunds for iOS in-app purchases. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the WagerProof charge, and request a refund.
Android purchases
Google handles refunds for Android purchases. Open Google Play, go to your purchase history, find WagerProof, and request a refund.
Web purchases
For web subscriptions, contact us at support@wagerproof.bet with your account email and the reason for your refund request. We'll review it and respond within 48 hours.
Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.
