App not loading or showing errors
If WagerProof isn't loading correctly, try these steps in order.

Check your internet connection
WagerProof requires an active internet connection to load game data and predictions. Try opening another app or website to confirm your connection is working.

Force close and reopen
Close the app completely (swipe it away from your recent apps) and reopen it.

Clear cache (mobile)
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > WagerProof > Storage > Clear Cache. On iOS, uninstalling and reinstalling the app clears the cache.

Update the app
Make sure you're running the latest version. Check the App Store or Play Store for updates.

Try the web app
If the mobile app isn't working, try accessing wagerproof.bet in your browser to see if the issue is device-specific.
If none of these steps work, contact support@wagerproof.bet with details about the error you're seeing.
