Predictions not showing up
There are a few reasons predictions might not be visible for certain games.
Common reasons
- Off-season: Each sport has a specific season. No predictions are generated during the off-season.
- Free tier limits: Free users see a limited number of predictions. Upgrade to Pro for full access.
- Early in the week: Some predictions (especially NFL/CFB) may not be available until a few days before game day.
- Data delays: Occasionally, model runs may be delayed. Predictions typically refresh daily.
Check your subscription
If you're a Pro subscriber and predictions aren't showing, try restoring your purchase from Account settings. If that doesn't work, sign out and sign back in.
If predictions are missing for specific games, it may mean the model didn't have enough data to generate a confident prediction for that matchup.
